PACKAGES

To make the most of what the Amazon Rainforest has to offer, Toca do Jaguar organizes various tours and activities, which can be done in small groups, all accompanied by a native guide. Tours and activities are organized through packages, which are subject to change depending on the weather conditions.

Gato-Maracajá (2 days/1 Night):

Tour around the Lodge, Canoeing, Sunset in the Amazon, Cayman Spotting, Sunrise in the Amazon and Jungle Hike 1;

​

Jaguatirica (3 days/2 Nights):

Same tours and activities of the Gato-Maracajá Package plus Visit to the Flour House, Night Dive Fishing, Jungle Hike 2 and Tarantula Hunt;

​

Suçuarana (4 days/3 Nights):

Same tours and activities of the Jaguatirica Package plus Piranha Fishing and Zarabatana Handling;

​

Onça Pintada (5 days/4 Nights, being 1 in the jungle - survival):

Same tours and activities of the Suçuarana Package plus Fishing with Bow and Arrow and Survival in the Amazon Rainforest;

​

Jaguar (5 days/4 Nights, being 2 in the jungle - survival):

Same tours and activities of the Onça Pintada Package.

IMPORTANT INFORMATIONS

  • Children from 0 to 5 years are complimentary;

  • Children from 6 to 10 years old have a 50% discount;

  • Bar accounts can only be paid in cash. We do not accept credit card at the lodge;

  • The lodge has no generator or public energy. In the kitchen every dinner is candlelight. The external lighting is made with biodiesel lamps and candles in the accommodations. Always have a flashlight with you;

  • Although the region visited is not the focus of yellow fever, we advise all passengers to vaccinate 10 days in advance of the date of departure. As the vaccine may cause reactions, consult your physician before getting a vaccination. We are not in a malaria focus area, but we recommend using insect repellent;

  • Respect the habitat of the animals and be aware that entering the jungle is in your territory, not always you will see the animals, but they always see you.

RATES INCLUDE

  • Transfer - Manaus (hotel or airport) / Toca do Jaguar Jungle Lodge / Manaus (hotel or airport);

RATES DO NOT INCLUDE

  • Alcoholic beverages and soft drinks;

  • Extra expenses (laundry, bar, shop, etc.);

  • Extra activities outside the chosen package.

WHAT TO BRING

  • Swimwear, long trousers, closed footwear for walking in the jungle, sandals, socks, light shirts (less in blue color), personal medicines, insect repellent, sunscreen cream, hat or cap, hand torch and / or flashlight of head;

  • THE USE OF CLOSED FOOTWEAR DURING WALKS IN THE JUNGLE IS MANDATORY, risk of slipping, tripping and / or snakebite.
